With a foundation in finance and deep expertise in People Operations, Alla brings a uniquely analytical approach to talent strategy, linking workforce planning, performance management, and organizational structure directly to revenue growth, productivity, and retention.

At Apploi, Alla was a key executive leader during a period of significant growth, helping scale the company from approximately $5.5M to $21M in revenue. She initially joined as VP of Finance, where she built and scaled the finance function and supported capital strategy. As the organization evolved, she identified that the primary constraints to scale were not financial, but rooted in talent density, organizational structure, and performance consistency. She transitioned into leading People Operations, building the function from the ground up and establishing the policies, performance frameworks, and organizational design required to support that scale. During her tenure, the company grew from ~50 employees to a global workforce of 200. She partnered closely with the CEO and leadership team to align talent strategy with business objectives and played a key role in leadership development and succession planning, including mentoring and elevating finance leadership to ensure long-term continuity.

Earlier in her career at Braze (NASDAQ: BRZE), Alla supported the company through Series B to Series D funding, including a $20M Series C raise, during a period of rapid scale toward ~$100M in ARR. She built and led multiple core functions, including Accounting, FP&A, Sales Operations, and Payroll, while developing KPI frameworks and operational processes that improved visibility, accountability, and execution across the business. Her experience at Braze further shaped her ability to connect financial and operational insight with organizational effectiveness.
